Our yoga program incorporates two classes daily.  Each class focuses on traditional Hatha yoga poses with and emphasis on Vinyasa flow.  Postures from the Bikram tradition are also used to find stillness and deep breath.  Each class helps realign the body and mind in a harmonious relationship.

 

 

Our experienced chef will prepare daily healthy food inspired by local cuisine.  All meals will be prepared with as much organic ingredients as possible for the region. Each meal will be taken with an inspiring view and good company.



In addition to what's included in  your retreat package, you can also enjoy many of the touring options available from the vibrant local culture. Traditional massage, acupuncture, hiking, exploring, kayaking, language classes, shopping, surfing, swimming with penguins, horsebackriding, snorkling and many more once-in-a-lifetime memories are readily available.
