Private Instruction
Yogafar offers classes locally within the Bay Area, CA in addition to group workshops anywhere. 

The instruction I offer allows me to share my years of personal experience with yoga, travel, nutrition, extreme sports, Aesclepion, Nu Bo Rarn Thai Massage School, Bikram's Yoga College of India, and numerous years taking workshops and practicing many forms of Hatha Yoga.
